concussion program in partnership with St. Vincent’s Hospital.

 

As partners with St. Vincent’s, Shrewsbury Pop Warner is
able to offer this testing to their league participants for only $10.00 per athlete! If you are interested in having your child
screened, please contact JoAnn Piefrafite at joann.piedrafite@stvincenthospital.com
or Jana Griffin-Koehler at jana.griffinkoehler@stvincenthospital.com
to schedule your test. You must specify
that you are a Pop Warner participant to be eligible for the group rate. See link to document below
